DOTS End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to the compiled DOTS desktop application distributed for macOS and Windows.

1. License Grant

Fernando de Oliveira grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and run the compiled DOTS application for personal use.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, host, publish, modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer DOTS, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You may not extract, redistribute, sell, or separately publish bundled game assets, models, data files, icons, screenshots, or other proprietary DOTS materials.

3. Source Code

This license does not grant access to the DOTS source code. Public distribution of compiled application files does not make the source code open source.

4. Third-Party Components

DOTS includes third-party software components. Those components remain subject to their own open-source or third-party license terms. Those licenses do not grant rights to Fernando de Oliveira's original DOTS materials.

5. No Warranty

DOTS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fernando de Oliveira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of DOTS.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using DOTS and delete all copies in your possession.
